Bio Diversity units
We supply high integrity and fully certificated biodiversity units to developers nationwide. Through our own projects and network of habitat banks we have access to a variety of habitat types and levels of distinctiveness and can supply in most LPA's and character area profiles to ensure you can replace like for like in the local area of your development and avoid the spatial risk multiplier.
Where we supply BNG units
The requirement to create a 10% net gain to biodiversity on new developments is currently limited to England. The Country has been split into 159 character area profiles, sometimes with large areas of similar or linked habitats. Your units will need to be supplied from either the same or adjacent Character area, or the same or adjacent LPA. Through our own sites and network we are able to supply most types of habitat wherever you need them.
Fully certified units registered with Natural England
All of our units are supplied with a unique reference number with Natural England and your purchase will be shown on the .gov register for biodiversity units. You can be assured all of our units have met government standards for you to satisfy your planning requirements. We go beyond these minimum standards and work to a higher integrity level of monitoring and compliance and ensure our sites make a positive impact on people and communities as well as the environment and biodiversity in nature.
